We do have three branch locations and they are located in Sparta, Tomah, and West Salem, WI.

1st Community Credit Union is seeking applicants for the position of Consumer Loan Officer I (CLO). This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our Sparta office.
A CLO interviews applicants for consumer loans and processes loan applications. You will be responsible for gathering background information and analyzing loan applicant's credit history. Normal day to day functions include answering questions about consumer loans, determining collateral values, preparing member loan files, offering financial counseling to our members, recognizing cross selling opportunities, and completing sales reports. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals and who excels in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Three years of related financial experience is preferred. Ability to handle difficult or complex situations with a professional, friendly demeanor. High school diploma required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and various office machines/equipment and use of computer, as well as basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
