Bowling Operations Specialist

This position is located at McCoy's which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Fort McCoy Community.

Announcement will a have a first cut office date of April 28, 2026. Applicants that submit an application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.

Duties

• Supports recreational activity by applying knowledge and skill in the use of equipment, materials and facilities.
• Instructs customers in the proper use of equipment and programs within area of responsibility.
• Helps plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for a variety of sponsored special events, social activities, tournaments, leagues and related functions.
• Issues/receives equipment. Collects fees, accounts for monies, safeguards funds and makes daily deposits.
• Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Driver’s license will be required if operating government vehicles.
• Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.
• Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty. Operation is 7 days a week. Incumbent will be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary due to mission.
