Tomah High School: Weight Room/Fitness Center Supervisor - Spring P.M.

The Tomah Area School District has the following extracurricular vacancy beginning in the 2024-2025 school year:   Weight Room/Fitness Center Supervisor – Spring P.M.  
 
Responsibilities: 
Supervise the fitness center from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.;
Teach students how to lift with correct form;
Teach students how to spot lifters so they don’t get injured;
Train other staff on the equipment in the fitness center so they can use it;
Create workouts for students/athletes;
Clean/pick up fitness center daily;
Control the music in the fitness center;
Help other programs with workouts/organizing folders for sports programs.
