1st CCU in West Salem is recruiting for a Member Service Representative I (MSR I) to work 30 hours per week (full-time position) in our West Salem office. We are looking for a friendly individual who would enjoy educating members about products and services while assisting them with various financial transactions. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about member/customer service, works well in a team and results-oriented environment, and has flexible availability. Successful candidate will have the ability to promote products and services that fit the needs of our members, an attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, follow policy and procedures of the department, promote our branch, and volunteer within the community. A high school diploma is required and we prefer cash handling experience.
