Full-time Member Service Representative II - West Salem office

1st CCU is accepting applications for a full-time MSR II in our West Salem office. This role is responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to members, assisting with routine transactions, opening and closing accounts, explaining products and services, and identifying opportunities to meet member needs. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Has regular contact with members and coworkers in-person, by phone, and digital communication. In addition to the normal day to day functions you will be promoting a positive attitude, dedication to the communities we serve, and team collaboration. High school diploma and 1 years of MSR I or equivalent financial experience required. Proven experience to sell products and services. Knowledge of Microsoft office, various office equipment and computer usage, and basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
