We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team! This role leads the classroom in creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-centered environment where children can learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:
• Plan fun, engaging learning activities
• Lead and support classroom staff
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in child care or early childhood education
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for working with children
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Must pass background check and required trainings
