Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

Bright Connections Behavioral is looking for compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide trauma-informed, play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental disabilities—offering meaningful support to families in our community. What You’ll Do As an RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your
