Full-time Member Service Rep II - Tomah

1st CCU is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our Tomah team as a Member Service Representative II (MSR II). This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. In this role you'll be responsible for exceptional service assisting members with routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Opens and maintains new accounts, explains products and services, and identifies opportunities to meet member needs. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

Successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, and high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma and 1 year of MSR I or equivalent financial experience required. Proven experience to sell products and services required. Knowledge of Microsoft office preferred. Knowledge of various office machines/equipment and use of computer. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
